Admission Procedure

Withdrawal of the registration file
  • The application form can be obtained directly from the school’s administration
  • Download the application form and list of documents required.
Filling out the file
  • The form must be duly completed, dated, and signed by the parents or legal guardian.
  • All supporting documents must be attached to the application (see “Required Documents” section).
Submitting the file
  • The complete application must be submitted to the school office during opening hours.
  • No incomplete applications will be accepted.
Administrative review
  • The pedagogical committee examines the student’s file (level, age, academic results, etc.).
  • An interview or assessment test may be required, depending on the class applied for.
Admission Response
  • A response (admission/rejection/waiting list) will be communicated to parents within 3 to 7 business days.
  • If accepted, payment and final registration details will be provided.
Final registration
  • Enrolment is confirmed once the tuition fees have been paid and the complete application validated.
  • A certificate of attendance is issued to the family.

  • Cancellation certificate (if changing schools)
  • Transcript or report card
