Admission Procedure
Withdrawal of the registration file
- The application form can be obtained directly from the school’s administration
- Download the application form and list of documents required.
Filling out the file
- The form must be duly completed, dated, and signed by the parents or legal guardian.
- All supporting documents must be attached to the application (see “Required Documents” section).
Submitting the file
- The complete application must be submitted to the school office during opening hours.
- No incomplete applications will be accepted.
Administrative review
- The pedagogical committee examines the student’s file (level, age, academic results, etc.).
- An interview or assessment test may be required, depending on the class applied for.
Admission Response
- A response (admission/rejection/waiting list) will be communicated to parents within 3 to 7 business days.
- If accepted, payment and final registration details will be provided.
Final registration
- Enrolment is confirmed once the tuition fees have been paid and the complete application validated.
- A certificate of attendance is issued to the family.

- Photocopy of the family booklet
- 2 recent identity photos
- Photocopy of parents' identity cards
- Cancellation certificate (if changing schools)
- Transcript or report card
- Copy of vaccination booklet
